I believe organization is one of the most important abilities when managing creative projects and teams. Making sure goals are clearly defined, deadlines are appropriate, and scope is understood is the best way to keep the design team on point. Whether it's iterating on a logo, creating a new color scheme, helping out other designers, or just running a group I have done it all.
